GRAYSCALE

I was once filled with colors,

filled with desires and passion—

every action had a reason

and never questioned

any of my decisions.

Now, all the colors fade,

my eyes starting to dilate

on how everything is so fake.

I just want to have a clean slate

now that everything is in grayscale.
