This was supposed to be a weekly thing but I got caught up in school and in other stuff so I guess this will be a monthly thing maybe.

Lately, I’ve been thinking…

of better ways to save and how to be thrifty because right now my wallet is basically empty all thanks to my long vacant at school. I don’t get to save that much because I’m spending all my money on food, when you’re bored you eat lol. Other than that I’m thinking mostly of school and just school as much as possible all I want to think about is that rather than my problems.  

Lately, I’ve been feeling…

emotionally better than I did this summer I guess but physically as of the moment I’m feeling quite sick and I have a cold.

Lately, I’ve been wanting…

to go to the gym again because I feel like I’m gaining weight. 

Lately, I’ve been doing…

school works, I don’t get to do much these past few days because of my shitty schedule. I get to do stuff only on the weekends, my reading habit was changed, I get to write and read other blogs only on the weekends *sigh* 😓.

Lately, I’ve been hoping…

that my cold won’t turn into something else, I hope that I won’t get a flu or something. I also hope for the best in my studies this semester.

  1. Sorry life seems a bit hard right now Joan. A gym is a great place to go if you don’t have a lot of cash and its’ important to develop a routine of exercise, something you can always do, to keep weight off and keep fit. If you get into the habit and keep doing it, you won’t regret it. I think weight lifting and cardio is important but throwing in an exercise class once or twice a week be it yoga, kickboxing or boot camp etc.. keeps things interesting. Don’t worry everyone gains a bit of weight as they grow older, I noticed towards the end of university many girls did. I did after, but that’s why the exercise is important and have healthy food around to eat. Best of luck with everything, Hope you feel better soon!

    • Thank you for the great advice. I’m actually feeling a lot better now. Started going for a jog every morning, I also want to try yoga. I just don’t know how to eat healthy 😅 I love eating lol but I’ll figure it out eventually 😄. Thanks again have a great week.


      • Hmm, my advice is to have more protein, vegetables, and fruit, and less carbohydrates. Obviously, if you’re working out or running you might need carbs a couple hours before but try having veggies or a protein when you can avoid carbs. But of course you have to find what works for you. I’m happy you’re feeling better. Yoga is great for flexibility and relaxing. Best of luck my friend. May things stay well.
