WHY YOU GOT TO BE SO MEAN?

There are just people who plays the role of an antagonist in your life. A person who always see your flaws and your mistakes, who always try to bring you down and make you feel small.

They never see your accomplishments, they think your dreams are too shallow or unreachable for a person like you. We actually don’t really know how we should please them, it’s like everything you do is wrong in their eyes.

Their words are like knives and sometimes those words are much more painful than being actually stabbed by a real knife. They talk about you behind your back and look strangely at you when you’re around.

Taylor Swift’s song Mean instantly came into my mind when I think of these kinds of people.

The lyrics to this song are basically the thing I always remember when I face them. Everytime that somebody else made me feel low and sad I remember this line in the song.

Someday I’ll be big enough so you can’t hit me and all you’re ever gonna be is mean…

If you ever face these people in your life ignore them and prove to them and especially to yourself that you are going to do the things that they doubt that you will ever going to accomplish. Don’t let anyone stop you from being the best person you can be. One day you’re just going to walk past them and all they’re ever going to be is a mean person.
